Restoration

Think of restoration like cosmetics of the construction and contracting industry. Restoration does not involve heavy demolition, heavy construction, nor intensive work being done. Instead restoration gives the appearance of a rejuvenated new space with minimal interruption to the actual structural elements. Below we have broken down the (3) different types of Restoration services we can provide. Each Tier provides a higher level of quality finish for those clients who want to be able to get a range of options. 

Tier 1 - The Paint Job

Tier 1 Restoration is our most basic restoration service and will provide our clients with a new paint job on all walls, ceilings, trims, and molding. Before any paint is applied rough plaster and compound work will be performed where necessary to patch any major holes.

Tier 2 - The Skim and Paint

Tier 2 Restoration is one step above our basic restoration and provides everything Tier 1 provides plus an added fine skim coat on all walls and ceilings before painting.

Tier 3 - The Bells and Whistles

Tier 3 is our best Restoration service and provides everything that our Tier 2 service provides as well as new light fixtures and door hardware to match.
