C&H STREAMLINE

The C&H Streamline is a simple, fast, and easy process that gives our clients the ability to customize their spaces using a pre-selected criteria to narrow the decision making process down. Using the steps below investors can mix and match design choices in order to customize their spaces according to their own tastes and own budgets. It brings customization and standardization together in a way that makes the design, estimation, and execution process easy for everyone involved. Below is a step-by-step instruction guideline that will walk you through how to use the Streamline.

Step 1 - Renovation or Remodel?

The first step is to choose whether your job is going to be a renovation or a remodel. You can check out the detailed differences on the service pages, but remember that if you're going to change the layout of walls, any plumbing piping, or any electric wiring you need to choose the remodeling service.

Step 2 - Standard, Premium, or Deluxe?

In order to make the process easier we work with a select list of choices from which you can choose from when it comes to your hardware, cabinets, and fixtures. This makes the design process easier as it narrows the choices down, yet still giving you a range. We have (3) levels which are defined as Standard, Premium, and Deluxe.

1) The standard level comes with a selection of builder's grade cabinets, hardware, and fixtures.

2) The premium level comes with a selection of high quality cabinets, hardware, and fixtures.

3) The deluxe level comes with a selection of top of the line cabinets, hardware, and luxury fixtures.

Step 3 - Choose your Theme

The next step will be to choose your theme. We have (3) different themes to choose from with each level:

1) Traditional

2) Contemporary

3) Modern/Sleek

Step 4 - Choose your Colors

Choose from a list of color families (similar and complimentary colors that go together) or choose to use your own custom colors.

Step 5 - Fill Out the Estimate Form

The estimate form will ask for information regarding your existing space in order to get an idea of the quantities needed in order to complete the design. Be sure to fill everything out so we can get an accurate estimate of how much your newly designed space will be.
